Free workshop for veterans who are residents of Kane County who have never enrolled in VA Health Care or have been previously denied for VA Health Care. A new application for VA Health Care will be completed during the workshop and submitted by staff to the VA. Please bring:
1.) DD-214
2.) Health Insurance Cards
3.) 2023 Gross Income (tax returns are good)
4.) 2023 Out-of-Pocket Medical Expense Total Amount
4.) Spouse's SSN and DOB
5.) Dependent Children (under age 23) SSN and DOB
* If you are already enrolled in VA Health Care, this workshop is not for you. This workshop will not cover any information about service-connected disability benefits.
